Refunds
For eligible online programs purchased directly through Advanced Life Coaching, refund requests may be reviewed within 7 days from the purchase date, subject to the specific offer terms shared at the time of purchase.
Subscription-based access, memberships, monthly plans, live event seats, and LMS workspace plans may be non-refundable once activated unless the offer terms say otherwise. Users may request cancellation support before the next billing cycle.
Approved refunds are generally processed back to the original payment method within a reasonable business timeline after approval and payment-provider checks.
